Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be fully satisfied with your DEWALT Workwear; if your items are not up to the task, you can return them within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. All returned gear must be in its original, unworn condition with all industrial tags and packaging intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Gear

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all protective inserts are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it securely to the outside of your package, and drop it off at any authorized courier point.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team verifies the condition of your return, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange within 5-7 working days.
